These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to the DevOpsWala website, learning platform, labs, certificates, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use DevOpsWala. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Platform and provider roles

DevOpsWala Learning Pvt. Ltd. (“DevOpsWala,” “we,” “us”) operates the marketplace and learning technology. Course instructors (“Trainers”) are responsible for the instructional content they publish, subject to our quality and policy guidelines.

DevOpsWala is not your employer and does not guarantee employment outcomes. Certificates attest to completion of platform requirements for a given course; they are not professional licenses unless explicitly stated.

3. Services and learning content

Services may include video lessons, documents, quizzes, hands-on labs, discussion areas, progress tracking, and downloadable resources. Features vary by course and may change as we improve the platform.

Course content is licensed for your personal or organizational learning use only. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly perform, or create derivative works from course materials except as expressly permitted in writing.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@devopswala.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep your profile up to date. Sharing accounts or selling access is prohibited and may result in suspension.

5. Payments, pricing, and taxes

Prices, promotions, and course availability may change without notice. The price shown at checkout is the price you agree to pay for that transaction, subject to applicable taxes and payment processor fees where disclosed.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. DevOpsWala does not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Failed or reversed payments may result in loss of access until resolved.

6. Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in our Return & Refund Policy. By purchasing a course, you acknowledge those rules apply to your order.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the Services to violate law, infringe intellectual property, harass others, probe or disrupt lab infrastructure, scrape content at scale, or attempt to bypass access controls.

We may remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or harmed the platform or other users.

8. Intellectual property

DevOpsWala trademarks, logos, software, and site design are owned by DevOpsWala or its licensors. Trainer content remains the property of the respective Trainer or licensors, licensed to DevOpsWala for delivery through the platform.

If you believe content on DevOpsWala infringes your rights, contact support@devopswala.com with details sufficient for us to investigate.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services and content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, DevOpsWala disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

DevOpsWala is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid DevOpsWala for the course or Service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

10. Project scope and third-party costs

The DevOpsWala platform may integrate optional services such as OpenAI, payment gateways, email (SMTP), video hosting, and hands-on lab infrastructure. Usage fees, setup charges, hosting, and third-party licenses are not included in the software development fee unless your commercial agreement says otherwise.

11. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where applicable.
